• Waitlist signups: your email address and the page you signed up from.
• Analytics: anonymous page views via GoatCounter (no cookies, no personal data, GDPR-compliant by design).

We do not use cookies. We do not track you across websites.

How we use your data

• Email addresses are used only to notify you about TrainProof launch updates.
• Analytics data is used to understand which pages are visited and improve the site.

Legal basis

We process your email address based on your consent (you submitted the waitlist form). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Waitlist data is stored securely on Netlify infrastructure (EU/US). Analytics data is processed by GoatCounter, a privacy-focused, EU-based service.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Data retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or the product launches, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained for 12 months.
