TrainProof is a training compliance tracker purpose-built for UK businesses in regulated sectors. It gives operations managers, care home managers, and H&S officers a single place to track staff training records, get automated expiry alerts, and produce audit-ready export packs for regulatory inspections.

Who it's for

UK SMEs with 10-50 staff in sectors where training compliance is legally required: care homes (CQC), construction (CSCS/SMSTS), food and hospitality (Environmental Health), and general health and safety (HSE). Specifically, the person who “also does” compliance alongside their main role.

Why it exists
